The jury will evaluate the projects in accordance with the following criteria:

Idea and concept - Does the project push the frontier and raise questions? (Rather than look for straight answers and final solutions).

Experimental thinking - Does the project demonstrate expertise in basic methods and disciplines of architectural work? (Rather than expose final images and concepts).

Discussion - Does the project consider our relationship with light? (E.g. light as a conveyor of meaning or the social dimension of light).
