The jury for The International VELUX Award 2008 comprises internationally renowned architects from around the world, including representatives from UIA and EAAE.

 

All award entries were recieved at the jury meeting in Turin in June according to the criteria of conceptual idea, experimental thinking and critical discussion. The jury considered the following questions in particular:


 

  • Does the project push the frontier and raise questions?
  • Does the project demonstrate expertise in basic methods and disciplines?
  • Does the project consider daylight in relation to human and social conditions?
