The jury for The International VELUX Award 2010 comprises internationally renowned architects from around the world, including representatives from UIA and EAAE.
The jury considered the following questions in particular:
Does the project push the frontier and raise questions?
Does the project demonstrate expertise in basic methods and disciplines?
Does the project consider daylight in relation to human and social conditions? The jury of the 2010 Award makes up a distinguished panel of six jury members with different cultural backgrounds, nationalities and approaches to architecture. The jury met in Copenhagen in June 2010 to evaluate all submitted projects and nominate the winners.
